Goals '09

My fitness goals for 2009 are as follows:

1) Join a Crossfit gym and kick my ass.
2) Row 100km on my rowing machine.
3) Improve my balance and agility.
4) Take up a martial art.
5) Cycle frequently to work.
6) Ride over 2500 miles.
7) Start hiking and more overnight camping!
8) Summit Mt. St. Helens!
9) Snowboard more!
