Results 14-Feb-2008 Hal

Still feeling under the weather, but I decided that it would be a good thing to sweat it out. Decided to go 'light'. Meaning the following:

2.02 mi 21:02''
1km on Rowing Machine, resistance level of "4". Time: 3:44''
side bridge with leg extension 15 both sides
20 tricep pulldowns (5 110 lbs, 15 90 lbs)

and man was I tired.
